Profitrash was founded by Kamil Walczak, an expert in the recycling industry with over 15 years of experience in international trade.

His extensive experience in the secondary raw materials market allowed him to identify a key need: specialized support for companies aiming to scale their operations globally. Profitrash was established to meet this need. His expertise includes not only supporting established companies but also guiding innovative startups, such as Cirplus, through their crucial early-stage growth.
